Position Summary:
Provide process leadership and execution ownership for the manage orders
sub-process for Order-to-Cash (OTC). Accountable for the day to day
operations and process oversight for ensuring excellent service. Drives
cost, service, process improvements and results across the OTC process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, develop, and coach team members
- Drive and execute key process improvements and initiatives
(internally and externally)
- Enable growth through cross-functional partnerships
- Serve as key escalation point for issue resolution and path forward
- Help facilitate employee development and conduct employee performance
reviews
- Drive synchronization with customers and brokers
- Facilitate customer meetings and share results, opportunities and
next steps
- Partner with third parties to drive improvements as well as to share
initiatives, results and opportunities
- Maintain key partnerships with OTC partners to enable total
fulfillment
- Lead key projects
- The Associate Team Lead (ATL) has direct management responsibility
for anywhere from 3-6 employees (i.e., Order Management personnel)
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior order management or
related supply chain/fulfillment experience
- High proficiency with computer systems and software to include
experience in using SAP R/3 application
- Experience in identifying, initiating and driving improvements to
processes and work streams
- Energy, enthusiasm, commitment, courage and entrepreneurial
excitement
- Previous people management experience
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- Experience in OTC environment and/or like experience in the consumer
packaged goods industry
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Good interpersonal skills and solid communication skills (verbal and
written)
- Accountability, with a strong desire to commit, be held accountable
and be rewarded for delivering results.
