Join our extraordinary team as Clinic (Administrative) Director overseeing these three medical oncology practices which are comprised of 10 physicians and 80 staff FTEs at five locations. This highly visible opportunity will allow you to utilize your strong business decision making skills to achieve clinical and operational excellence. Here, you'll provide administrative and managerial direction for the overall financial/operational practice performance and you'll also utilize your networking abilities to establish/implement strategic direction with our VP and physicians as well as implementing specific CPN initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field with a minimum of three years of medical oncology practice management experience. Requires knowledge of: the principles/practices of healthcare planning/management for large, specialty physician group practices; medical environment; physician compensation; healthcare regulations; and financial/operational systems. Excellent communication skills and a high degree of taking initiative and success within a results oriented environment are essential to succeed in this position. MBA or MHA highly preferred.
