GUEST COORDINATOR, THE MYCHAL INSTITUTE, COROLLA, NC. Looking
for a sharp, energetic, friendly individual to manage multiple tasks for
January, 2008 hire at new Addictions Recovery program on the Outer Banks
of NC. Our treatment program is based on a holistic model, blending
science-based treatment with a spiritual basis for recovery. The person
hired as Guest Coordinator will be responsible for greeting and
orienting guests to the facility, setting up classrooms and events, scheduling
appointments, data entry, light bookkeeping, answering the phone, typing
correspondence & classroom materials, making copies, running errands,
making travel arrangements, etc. Familiarity with Microsoft Office,
Powerpoint, Excel, Access, and/or other software is essential. Front
desk experience is also important. In addition, applicants should have a
strong personal commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.
